There no different kinds of yoga , we are teaching indifferent ways first you consult doctor to know how you got back pain and find one good yoga teacher

Dear there are certain basic Aasnas which helps in curing back pain. But prior to that medical condition of the person should be known to instructor. So first consult doctor and then start practice under supervision of a qualified yoga teacher.
