Which form of yoga is better -power yoga/hot yoga or yoga?

Practising yoga regularly can slow down ageing of the brain and helps it stay young. Yoga involves the practice of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Power yoga/hot yoga is not our traditional yoga. Which is excellent form of yoga (exercise) for burning calories.
