Dileep be slow with your movements very gentle no jerks, better still if you can take personal training from a good yoga teacher it will be very helpful

don't bend body in front of you do not carry weight do not lift any thing more then 1 kg . Drink more then 4ltr water per day. Eat green food for calcium and iron. Thank you
