However, I personally like padahastasana, bhujangasana, sarpasana, veerabhadrasana, paschimottanasa, padmasana, vajrasana, anjaneyasana, halasana, sirshasana are good.

4. Asanas like padahasta, Veerabhadra, parivritta Veerabhadra, trikona, parivritta trikona, adhomulhasvana, urdhvamulhasvana, ardhamtsyendra, paschimottana, janusirsha, parivritta janusirsha, shalabha, dhanu, utthanapada, pawanmukta, chakrasana.

5. Shavasan for 10 min.

6. Pranayama for min 10 min.

7. Meditation for 10 to 30 min.
