The most effect of chakra healing is observed through Reiki and its symbols especially the cho-ku-rei symbol which is symbol for chakra itself, Three minutes to each chakra i.e. in total 21 minutes to 25 minutes will provide chakra healing to normal person. If a person is afflicted more by negative energies then it may take more than one sittings and in extreme cases the chakra healing of 21 minutes for 21 days is enough. read less
