Religion has nothing to do with Yoga; Patanjali never even talked about God. Stop thinking, start committing. Thanks to PM Narendra Modi that 21 June is declared as International Yoga Day supported by 177 nations at the UNGA.

Similarly, Samadhi in Yog is a stage which comes when you elongate your dhyan and reach the deep meditation stage where you have no connection with the outside world and you are connected to your oneself. read less
