Talk to your son and try to spend more time with your son and try to figure out what is bothering him or whether he is upset. You'll need to best friends with him in order to get him listen to you.

Should Yoga be practiced only in the morning?

Its not necessary to practice yoga only in the morning, it can be practiced any time whenever you feel like but it os adviced to practice in the morning to boost your stamina and energy level for the whole day.
