For practical example just close your eyes nown (First read this full) and take 3 deep breaths then think about following questions with eyes closed. think deeply each question for 3min (repeat again & again & answer) Q.1. Do i really exist? Q.2. What makes my existence? Q.3. If i remove all things from my life what will happen? Q.4. from where i have came? Q.5. Where i will go after my death?
