Every training is worth when we are doing it willingly provided you need to select the correct trainer. Make the use of time and always clarify your doubts. Online training are useful when you have very limited time and unable to attend gym.

As compare to ofline personal training, online training is not upto the mark. In the scale of rating 0 to 10 , offline training is 9-10, where as online should be 5-6. According to me.
