I am very slim. Can anyone tell me how to put weight? I am pure vegetarian.

Hey There!!..Putting on weight is easy but to put a good amount of muscle weight requires attention..So my friend i can help you with some examples like include Complex carbs like rice & sweet potato along with some Tofu n Paneer..which can stay longer in your body & include some good fats like omega3 & omega6..Hope this helps you ..Wants some more help please fell free to get in touch with me..:)
