I provide various yoga style classes ( power yoga, astanga yoga, hath yoga, thai yoga ) with aum chanting, yog nindra, pranayam, meditation. Specially I focus on flexibility, stability, strength, body strech and exercises with yoga postures. Yoga is a technique to transform energy inside the body through various postures which keeps you fit and protects from many diseases like diabetes, thyroid, over waight, joints and back pain etc. I am a certified Yoga instructor from Gurukul kangri University Haridwar. & I am a National Player of Yoga & sports. I have experienced 15 years of Yoga. I have lots of clients, I have classed more than 500 students.I am there to help you with every step of your transformation. Looking forward to your reply.
