I am working in the corporate and banking sector for 08 years and was completely in to only materialistic life. When I felt so bored, frustrated, and pointless in my life I turned to yoga practices just 05 months ago. As soon as I realized the immense benefits of yoga practices I also realized how people around me are missing out on that. I immediately decided to enroll in a yoga teacher course and got certified in February 2023. I have a long way to go on this path and I want to take as many people as possible with me. I am a calm and patient person. And I am ready to find and provide the best practices suitable to individual tastes. I am highly flexible in timings, places, and fees.

I am a registered yoga instructor and a naturopathic doctor.. I graduated from Gandhi Naturopathic Medical College which is the only government affiliated college in Telangana.. I have an experience in treating chronic conditions through yoga and diet.. I am also a lifestyle counselor.. I worked at various institutions and gave plenty of yoga performances promoting yoga. I've been working in this field for 4 years now and gained the required skills for it.

I am teacher of Transcendental Meditation, past 35 years, also we teach yoga Asanas, pranayama and advance teachings like patanji yoga sutras, night technique etc.

Gained Certification from Ramakrishna Math and 500 Hr RYS from Sivanadna Yoga vedanta centre. Currently Pursuing MSc.Yoga therapy from SVYASA Yoga university in Bangalore. Taught two clients who benefited immensely as they have reported a loss of 10-15 kgs of unhealthy weight and have become fitter,happier and healthier.

Fitness and choreography has been an obsession since childhood for Mr.Neeraj. As a 10 year old kid his flair of music and dance was inspired by John Travolta. He follows a regime of discipline and dedication in this filed. This young man picked up the sticks and learned the tricks of Jazz drums barely when he was 14. His chance meeting with a professional drummer from Calcutta motivated him to conduct stage shows for corporate, that is how he learned music.
