Aneeka is indeed a keen learner that I observed. Just not so open to world so much still she got a talent to engage deeply in my teachings, no matter how hard & new learning it is to her. So for this, lie down kn bed comfortably. Legs apart feet are away from each other. Your hands are relaxed and palms facing ceiling. Now, start breathing into your belly fully and breathing out completely out from the belly only. This will increase the oxygen levels in your body and you start calming... ...more

So for this, lie down kn bed comfortably. Legs apart feet are away from each other. Your hands are relaxed and palms facing ceiling. Now, start breathing into your belly fully and breathing out completely out from the belly only. This will increase the oxygen levels in your body and you start calming down the all the systems of the body. When you reach this state of peace , just concentrate on your breathings. And yes you are already prepared for the next level of your meditation. But the key is consistency , so be regular.

The moment when you realize that you are unbothered of what's happening around you like noise, vibrations, people and inside your body be it any unnecessary thought any kind of heaviness and fear. When you realize that these things are no longer serving you and you start letting go of these thoughts then you meditation is working.

The earlier you understand mindfulness the sooner you can master or experience the essence of meditation. You should understand the importance of the present moment and the art of letting go. That's all , you will be experiencing something divine.

For beginners , the place they choose to sit for meditation should be quite and peaceful. Because less noise will help them to concentrate more and eventually they cultivate the habit of sitting quietly. And day by day they will able to increase the timings of meditation.

Yes. It is essential even, because yoga has many counter poses which balance out the heavy effects of many exercises. It also heals.

The moment when you realize that you are unbothered of what's happening around you like noise, vibrations, people and inside your body be it any unnecessary thought any kind of heaviness and fear. When you realize that these things are no longer serving you and you start letting go of these thoughts then you meditation is working.
