So for this, lie down kn bed comfortably. Legs apart feet are away from each other. Your hands are relaxed and palms facing ceiling. Now, start breathing into your belly fully and breathing out completely out from the belly only. This will increase the oxygen levels in your body and you start calming down the all the systems of the body. When you reach this state of peace , just concentrate on your breathings. And yes you are already prepared for the next level of your meditation. But the key is consistency , so be regular. read less
