Starting my tabla journey at the age of 3, I trained in the traditional gurukul system under the guidance of Ganayogi Puttaraja Gawayi Ji and later with Pandit Shantaram Ji Chigari Ji. Immersed in a rich and disciplined environment, I developed a profound understanding and passion for tabla, which eventually led me to work as a tabla accompanist at Kannada University Hampi. This role allowed me to hone my skills and collaborate with various artists, further deepening my musical insights. Currently based in Bangalore, I am actively involved in a diverse range of musical activities, including recordings, TV shows, and concerts. These engagements provide me with platforms to showcase my talent and collaborate with fellow musicians, enriching my musical journey. Amidst these performances, my commitment to nurturing the next generation of tabla enthusiasts remains unwavering. I take great pride in sharing my extensive knowledge and experience with students, helping them develop both technical proficiency and a deep appreciation for the art form. My teaching philosophy blends traditional techniques with modern approaches, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education. Encouraged to start music by Father and Keyboard artist Mr K R Bhonsley. Started learning Mridangam under the guidance of renowned Mridangist Vidwan Vasudev Rao Mohite at the age of 11 years. Completed Carnatic junior in Mridangam. Learning Hindustani Tabla under the guidance of Late Vidwan Shankar Rao Gaikwad and and his son Vidwan Nagaraj Rao Gaikwad. Working as a Financial Analyst at Societe Generale. Achievements Represented Karnataka at the Rashtrapati Bhavan and performed in front of the Honorable President and Prime Minister of India in the year 2010. Represented India at the Indo-China Youth Festival held at China in the year 2010. Performed in various parts of Karnataka, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Tirupati and Delhi. Performed at the All India Radio and Shankara Channel. Accompanied various renowned Non-Percussion artists who include Vidwan Basavanagudi Nataraj, Vidwan Saxophone Manjunath, Vidwan Prashanth Iyenger and others. Performed with renowned Percussion artists who include Vidwan Ravi Shankar Sharma, Vidwan Ram Murthy and others. Accompanying singers of Art of Living for the past 10 years with Swami Suryapada (Chayanna), Sri Ravi Prakash ji, Sri Sandeep ji, Sri Pratap ji, Sri Yadav ji and other artists. Accompanied many young artists.Music Direction for drama written by Mr. Jayanth Kaikini. �¢?? Directed Music for many dramas and theme songs for college fests.

I am a Master of Arts student specializing in Sanskrit, deeply passionate about Indian classical culture and philosophy. As a dedicated Tabla player. I am learning under the guidance of Pt. Ram Kumar Mishra, which has enriched my understanding of rhythm and classical music. My interests extend to exploring diverse philosophies, poetry, and the arts, reflecting a broad enthusiasm for cultural heritage and intellectual pursuits. Through my studies and musical training, I strive to bridge traditional knowledge with contemporary perspectives, continuously seeking growth as a scholar and artist.

I am a Tabla artist. I have been performing from past 15 years in which have been accompanying Stalwarts in prestigious music festivals across the country in all genres of music. I have a student base at Basavanagudi and been training students acrooss the globe from past 10 years.

I started my journey at the age of 8. The call of rhythm and a strong backing from my Family saw me placed under the able guidance of Sri Nagaraj Rao Gaikwad, a very inspiring and knowledgeable Tabla Teacher in Bangalore. A young and dynamic musician, I was quick to enter the Concert Arena and have received critical acclaim for my performances in India and Abroad. My artistry lies in the capability to accompany Hindustani Vocal and Instrumental Music with equal ease, at the same time feeling very much at home in presenting the truly traditional Tabla Solo format. My forte also lies in blending my style with the dynamism of Fusion and World Music, and the complicated Mathematics of Carnatic Music

I have been training in Hindustani classical Tabla and Vocal from past 20 years. Will and shall teach people who really have an interest in learning. I teach both Tabla and Vocal i.e. singing on keyboard. Shall take both individual class and group class

I have secured 2nd rank in vidwat(proficiency) year 1992, I started teaching tabla from home after that I worked as tabla teacher for 5th to 10th std students in many schools and worked as lecturer for college students also many of my disciples have passed vidwat and other exams in tabla and giving public performance and in Radio,T V. I feel happy in teaching and I teach systematically practically theoretically classical base

I have done my 'Visharad' under Lucknow University (Bhatkhanda). Performed in school, college & also in various cultural programme apart from performing in TV & Radio. I have been instrumental in playing not only Tabla, also Mridangam, KHOL,Dholok,etc. My way of teaching is purely traditional & I encourage people to learn rhythm first, create interest & ensure learning by practice & performance only. We learn by more & more practice & by experience while performing. I also encourage ladies to learn Tabla & teach their wards subsequently. Music plays an important role to eradicate all illness & brings peace & harmony in family. It also bonds family & strengthens togetherness. Another way of looking into learning Tabla is that it helps improve concentration & confidence.

I have learnt music from 15 years have well knowledge of music and able to teach . and also many folk instruments I have learned I can teach too .
