For couples, I design balanced yoga routines that improve flexibility, coordination, and mental relaxation while maintaining consistency and motivation. My sessions usually include warm-up movements, asana practice, pranayama, relaxation techniques, and basic meditation for mental calmness. I strongly believe in teaching correct alignment and breathing to prevent injuries and to help students progress safely. I also guide students with simple lifestyle and mindfulness practices to support their yoga journey. I am patient, supportive, and committed to helping my students achieve sustainable results through regular practice. My goal is not only physical fitness but also improving mental clarity, confidence, and overall quality of life through yoga.
