I have also performed as a vocalist at Kolkata AIR and participated in numerous cultural events across India, which has enriched my understanding of performance and stagecraft. Over the years, I have guided students in a variety of musical styles according to their interests. They can learn Bengali music, including Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, Rajani Kanto, Adhunik songs, and Kirtan. I also teach Hindustani Classical music (Raag-Ragini) and Semi-Classical forms such as Bhajans and Ghazals. My teaching approach is tailored to each student, allowing them to explore and excel in the style they are most passionate about. In addition to vocal training, I teach students to play instruments such as the harmonium and keyboard. This holistic approach ensures that learners develop a well-rounded understanding of music, combining vocal and instrumental skills to enhance their overall musical abilities.
