Depends on what you want to make, here are some commands you can use Press Option + 1 for a ♩ quarter note symbol Option + 2 for a ♪ eighth note, Option + 3 for ♫ beamed eighth notes, Option+ 4 for a ♬ beamed sixteenth notes symbol.
