Instrumental Music classes near me in Nagawara Junction, Bangalore

Hi, This is Uchit, a guitarist, musician, singer, songwriter, and music producer. I m a 3rd year engineering student but I really have a big crush on music which made me learn all these skills. I can play piano, drums, and many more but I specialize in guitar. Since I understand music theory I can relate to every musical instrument even if I don't know how to play it. Teaching guitar is not my main profession, I teach guitar only part-time. Now, what's my technique to teach guitar? First of all, I really open up with the student, and rather than being a creepy and strict teacher I like to become a friend who teaches. Since I m a singer too, I will be a singer companion with the student. We will try to compare the similarities with other musical instruments so that the student understands the music rather than only the guitar. We will learn many songs together, which will boost the student guitar knowledge because every song has different styles of music and at last, it's not easy to learn guitar but not tough either, to be a guitarist one must be consistent to practice because muscle memory is must in order to learn guitar. OMG! Do I have to practice for hours? The answer is a BIG NO! because if you practice for 5 to 15 min every day you can learn the basics in 2 to 3 months easily, but yes again consistency is a must. But yeah! you can practice for hours also, it depends on you! because the more you practice the faster you learn and that's the secret to learn guitar. Hope you get the basic idea. Now at last why m I here? since I m a student, I can't work all day so I have decided to work as a guitar teacher in my free time as a part-time job. So good luck and let me know if you are interested to meet me and learn some rock and roll. Thank you.

I am Joel Siju Varghese, a vocalist, singer-songwriter, and musician with 6 years of experience in teaching music. I am the founder of Negainah School of Music, an institution I am building with the aim of making music education enjoyable, accessible, and creative for students of different ages and skill levels. Through my teaching, I want to help students discover their musical interests, develop their abilities, and build confidence in expressing themselves through music. At Negainah School of Music, I teach guitar, ukulele, keyboard, and Western vocals. As the founder and currently the sole faculty member, I personally guide students through their musical journey, providing them with individual attention and practical training. I believe that every student has the potential to develop musical skills with the right guidance, consistent practice, and an encouraging learning environment. My teaching approach focuses on helping students build a strong foundation before progressing to more advanced techniques. I emphasize understanding the fundamentals of music, developing proper techniques, improving rhythm and coordination, and practising regularly. Whether a student is beginning their musical journey or looking to improve existing skills, I aim to make lessons structured, engaging, and suitable for their current level of understanding. While teaching guitar, ukulele, and keyboard, I help students become familiar with their instruments, understand basic musical concepts, and gradually develop the ability to play songs with greater confidence. My lessons focus on practical application alongside theoretical understanding, allowing students to put what they learn into practice. For Western vocals, I guide students in developing their singing abilities, improving vocal control, understanding pitch and rhythm, and expressing themselves more confidently through their voice. As a musician, I have experience performing as part of Antidote, a Christian metal band. My involvement in music as a performer and songwriter has helped me develop a practical understanding of musical expression, performance, and creativity. I bring these experiences into my teaching to help students appreciate music beyond the classroom and understand how musical concepts can be applied in real-world performance settings. I have also gained professional experience working with a television channel and served as a judge for a programme at a medical college. These opportunities have broadened my exposure to different aspects of music, performance, and evaluation. They have also strengthened my appreciation for the dedication, preparation, and confidence required to perform and present music effectively. My goal through Negainah School of Music is to create a supportive space where students can explore their musical interests, improve their skills, and enjoy the process of learning. I believe music education should encourage creativity, patience, discipline, and self-expression rather than focus only on technical perfection. Through personalised guidance and practical lessons, I strive to help every student progress at their own pace, discover their potential, and develop a lasting connection with music.
