I am Samyak, I am a professional Musician working as a freelancer. I have recently completed my Graduation in Western Classical music ( Majoring in Piano ) from Christ University, Bangalore. I have been learning and playing piano from last 12 years and I have more than 4 years of experience teaching kids and adults offering them one-on-one Piano/Keyboard Lessons catered to their personal needs and goals. I also train for Certifications like Trinity, Rock School and ABRSM. I teach various styles on Piano including Western Classical, Jazz, pop, Rock, Funk and many more. I have performed at various venues as both solo and ensemble player including Jagriti Theatre Bangalore, Sofar Set, Zomaland etc. I have also been learning Saxophone from last 3 years with many performances happening with the orchestra all India.

There is no teaching method as such. The approach for teaching will be very casual ,just like talking to a friend. Though there are steps for learning guitar which starts from the very individual itself . You can't play if you don't feel it. After that we can only go to some basic of holding a guitar ,basic chords , strumming etc. I have been playing acoustic guitar for last 5 years . I can teach from basic to intermediate. I had a band in my college . we use to gig together .I am self taught guitarist who can sing as well . Anybody who wants to learn from scratch is welcome.

I am born and brought up in a traditional joint family, at Kallaremane, Siddapur, UK, Karnataka, and have got rich cultural background. I learnt basic Hindustani flute by Vidwan Prabhakar Bhat Sirsi. Then I went to well known flutist Pt. Venkatesh Godkhindi of Dharwad for the Higher studies in order to know the advanced techniques of flute. Since from 2000, my bansuri career is going on with the rich and formidable guidance of well known international flutist Pt. Raghunath Seth of Mumbai. Currently I am staying in Bangalore and successfully giving Solo and light music concerts. I have given solo programs successfully in and around the places like USA, Bangalore, Kumta, Sirsi, Sagar, Mumbai, Lucknow, Madras, Tirupathi, Rajastan Etc. I have performed several jugalbandis with Indian and Western musicians. I have shared first price award along with the other three artists, in the national level instrumental music competition organized by Padmabushan Smt. DR. N. Rajam of Omkarnath Music Foundation, Mumbai in 2004.
