I am Joel Siju Varghese, a vocalist, singer-songwriter, and musician with 6 years of experience in teaching music. I am the founder of Negainah School of Music, an institution I am building with the aim of making music education enjoyable, accessible, and creative for students of different ages and skill levels. Through my teaching, I want to help students discover their musical interests, develop their abilities, and build confidence in expressing themselves through music. At Negainah School of Music, I teach guitar, ukulele, keyboard, and Western vocals. As the founder and currently the sole faculty member, I personally guide students through their musical journey, providing them with individual attention and practical training. I believe that every student has the potential to develop musical skills with the right guidance, consistent practice, and an encouraging learning environment. My teaching approach focuses on helping students build a strong foundation before progressing to more advanced techniques. I emphasize understanding the fundamentals of music, developing proper techniques, improving rhythm and coordination, and practising regularly. I bring these experiences into my teaching to help students appreciate music beyond the classroom and understand how musical concepts can be applied in real-world performance settings. I have also gained professional experience working with a television channel and served as a judge for a programme at a medical college. These opportunities have broadened my exposure to different aspects of music, performance, and evaluation. They have also strengthened my appreciation for the dedication, preparation, and confidence required to perform and present music effectively. My goal through Negainah School of Music is to create a supportive space where students can explore their musical interests, improve their skills, and enjoy the process of learning. I believe music education should encourage creativity, patience, discipline, and self-expression rather than focus only on technical perfection. Through personalised guidance and practical lessons, I strive to help every student progress at their own pace, discover their potential, and develop a lasting connection with music.

I've been playing guitar for almost 6 years, I was part of many band aswell and I play for recordings.I'm more like a session guitarist. My skills would be I'm good at Chord works, Fingerstyle playing and at playing lead.
