I am a dedicated Yoga instructor with over 14 years of teaching experience, specializing in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Yoga has been a central part of my professional journey, and I am deeply committed to helping individuals improve their physical health, mental balance, and overall well-being through consistent and mindful practice. My yoga training began at the Integral Yoga Institute, where I completed the Yoga Teacher Training Program and worked as an instructor for three years. This foundation played a significant role in shaping my teaching philosophy and understanding of traditional yoga practices. The structured and disciplined environment helped me develop a strong base in alignment, breath awareness, and holistic wellness. From 2015 to 2018, I conducted yoga classes through UrbanPro, working with both group sessions and personal training. During this period, I had the opportunity to interact with students of different age groups, fitness levels, and health conditions. This experience helped me adapt my teaching methods to suit individual needs while maintaining safety and effectiveness. In 2018, I completed a Yoga Instructor Course from VYASA University, which further enhanced my knowledge of yoga therapy and scientific approaches to wellness. In 2019, I joined Sri Chaitanya Techno School as a Yoga Instructor, where I worked with students in an academic setting, promoting physical fitness, flexibility, and stress management through yoga. Over the years, I have guided beginners, advanced practitioners, and individuals with specific health concerns. My experience includes working with students in therapeutic yoga programs, prenatal yoga sessions, and general wellness routines. Seeing students relieve stress, improve flexibility, and overcome health challenges has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching journey. I conduct both online and offline yoga classes and focus on creating a calm, supportive, and safe learning environment. My goal is to help students develop a sustainable yoga practice that supports long-term health, inner balance, and overall quality of life through disciplined and mindful yoga training.
