I am engineer come Classical Dancer.. Having 16 years of training and stage experience in Bharatanatyam, I specialize in teaching with a balance of tradition and creativity. Currently pursuing my engineering degree, I am passionate about guiding students to master this classical art form with confidence.

Started learning Kathak at Natya Institute of Kathak and Choreography, Bangalore. Under guidance of Guru Dr. (smt) Maya Rao & Smt. Chitra Venugopal. Pursued B.A. in Kathak and Choreography at College of Kathak and Choreography, (Affiliated to Bangalore University). M.A. in Kannada (Mysore University) and Diploma course in folklore from Dr. H.L.Nage Gowda's Karnataka Janapada Parishat, Bangalore. Also have knowledge of Seraikella Chhau, Kalari and Martial Arts (Manipur). Have Choreographed Mythological, Historical, Sanskrit and Contemporary theme based dance-dramas. Also conducted various workshops at different regions of Karnataka.

I am currently pursuing final year bca(computer applications) at acharya institutes. I am a professional dancer. I have handled children from age group of 10-20. I volunteer for ngos like rotaract and uandi through which I had an opportunity not just to take tutions to kids but also realise the passion for teaching in me. My key skills are computer's, social studies, english, sanskrit. I currently go to kalparaksha orphanage on weekends to tutor them for their respective subjects.

I have been trained by famous Bollywood choreographer Suchin Kumar. I have 10 years experience in dance. I have participated in various dance competitions and reality shows like dancing star, super minute, both boss, dhee, etc..under the guidance of my mentor. Now I have formed my own dance company where we conduct classes to both kids and adults. We are specialized in sangeet or wedding choreographs.
