It has proven to reduce cholestrols, help thyroid issues, reduce heart diseases, strengthening of muscles , solving issues like vertigo, alzhymers etc.

Yoga is one form with variations, designed for therapy, fitness etc. Finally yoga leads to finding your innerpeace in a healthyway with sound health. That's the reason yoga is best, which is full body workout, not just physical including sound mental health.

You can do yoga, but go at your pace; it depends on your knee problem severity. Please don't push yourself too hard; for weight loss, take it slowly; it should help you. Yoga is for all ages. ENJOY!
