Commend on langues but most important he have knowledge about Sanskrit,2nd they have searching and watching power about capacities of the student, 3rd minimum graduate these are qualification for a good Yog (yoga) trainer.

In my opinion with only yoga or any type activity, you can't loose weight/fat. You have have to be in calorie deficit to lose weight. Controlling portion size will also help in creating deficit.
