Trataka is the best way to improve concentration. Balancing asanas in Yoga are also good for improving concentration. Sitting in any comfortable position and just focusing on your breath is also something which lets you improve your concentration


Do yoga nindra daily that will be beneficial for you and also you can do meditation.

Nadishodh pranayam, Pranav Japa, mantra chanting, trataka( jyotirdhyan is one type of trataka). All this should be done in sukhasana.
