I am getting tired after doing Yoga and I am feeling drowsy. Can I take a nap? Is this common?

during the intial days of practice u will feel tired, but it is not suggested to take a nap as the whole practice will not be effective if you nap.

If you are getting tired after the Yogic practice, you can take a short nap or Yog Nidra. I think you check your blood, maybe you may be short of Haemoglobin (iron).
