How do I deal with excess vibrations due to kundalini awakening?

By not trying to raise kundalini forcibly, as many present day teachers do. It happens with spiritual practice naturally..

If you feel Kundalini awakening , you should be under your Guru. Guru is the only person can help in such scnario.
