In this you need a master to guide you to do in a perfect way & results will be amazing. I suggest you to join any yoga classes like Yoga institutions, etc and learn how to do asanas and when to relax, when to go for next Asana etc. I hope this will be useful to you. Thank you. read less

Yes you can , the best teacher is yourself but the objective is important.. People join yoga classes so that they have a group and practicing with like minded souls enhances the positive effects. Join demo clasees nearby and i bet you will go again due to the positive energy of the people you meet.

It is advisable to learn asanas and pranayam with guidence of yoga teacher about techniques of asanas and pranayam.Thereafter he can do yoga on his own.The wrong practice of asanas and pranayam is not beneficial for health.
