Overview

I am a Yoga tutor. Although I have completed my LLB degree from Mumbai University, I thought of trying out my career as a yoga trainer, considering the physical problems most of us go through nowadays. Staying healthy and fit should be our priority, and yoga contributes to achieving such a significant life. For the past twenty years, I have trained many students and helped them achieve a healthy body and calm mind.
I have certificates of yoga diplomas from Kaivalyadhama. I completed a diploma in Yogic culture and Yogic Education in 1990 and 1991 for one year. I have also taught yoga for two years at the Kavailydhama yoga Institution in Mumbai. Practising yoga regularly helps in releasing stress and increasing flexibility. It provides energy to all the cells in the body to work better.
I have taken group classes as well as individual classes according to the requirement of my students. Anyone is capable of joining my online and offline classes at any given time of day. However, you need to get in touch with me through UrbanPro.
During the training session, I do a thorough check on the problems my students are facing. Based on the requirements and health issues, I segregate my students, and they start with the training. However, if my students prefer one on one training, do that. For any yoga training, I like to start with warm-ups.

I am certified Yoga Teacher from Kavailydhama Yoga Institute Mumbai.I have passed yoga Education and yoga culture diploma courses from Kavailyadhama yoga Institute.I have been taught to students for 2 years at above institution (2005 to 2007).secondly I was yoga teacher at private company at Thane. more than 6 months.I was reputed by above mentioned institution.I have taught many students and patients at their home referred by above institution.I am taking yoga Tuition at students home for last 20 years.I have taught various types of students I.e.High BP.and sugar and cervical problems.I have given related Asanas ,pranayam,meditation to them related to their problem.I have taught a 76 years student at his residence.This patient was taking medicine for sugar and High BP and chlorostol.Only after 6 months practice of yoga Doctor has reduced medicines as his sugar level and BP comes down.Many students are benefited through regular practice of yoga
