Firstly make sure that how much amount of English you are familiar with. Directly hitting towards any English newspaper or magazine is not a good idea. They contain tough vocabularies which is not meant for spoken. To me you sound like bit confuse to express yourself comfortably and confidently in English. You should be good at general vocabulary mostly including verbs. You should make yourself comfortable in expressing your thoughts easily using verbs or tenses. Most importantly you can speak half of what you understand. So it is important of what amount of English do you listen everyday? Speaking is not everything what other activities you are involved in English? You must start speaking English in real life at least 5 min. a day then increase it up to your favourable hours. Track your daily improvements by taking people opinions. Enjoy your daily practice. read less
