But if you first write, read and listen English through any means you will gain confidence and speak few sentences which you will think they are correct and gradually you will pick up fluency. Everyday you can learn basic sentences or words and stand in front of a mirror and keep saying it till u are perfect, if you are unable to get the right pronunciation you can always take help of YouTube. It really works if you don't want to go for the English classes.
