Apart from English, he acquired the knowledge of Physics and Chemistry as well. I believe in UFO's so I guess he must have met some UC (Unidentified creature) who might have turned him in to a man who he is today.

It is possible, many can acquire an accent by consciously and continuously interacting in the accent that one wants to learn, we can practice the sounds and learn the accent. It is unbelievable that he forgot to speak Hindi though...now that is debatable :)

My advice to the UP village boy would be to brush up his TOEFL, IELTS, et al, and apply for a job at an Ivy League college as a teacher of English.
