Does mind operate with conclusive thoughts, and is this the way in which the mind forms conclusions of each idea?

Base on my knowledge, basic nature of mind is to create thoughts. All kinds of thoughts. Mainly influence by past Sanskara. (Accumulated in subconscious mind.)
