Amit, no one is born a good Speaker or Orator, as they are known. It is only through practice of Speaking and Reading that you will gain the exposure and experience to speak. I am available to help you.

Hey Amit! There are so many ways you can improve your spoken English and overcome stage fright. Most importantly I would urge you to practise, in a way that you feel most comfortable - in front of friends, family and colleagues. This will help you gain confidence in public speaking without the big crowd. Also remember that you always communicate best and have the most to say when you are taking about something you are really passionate about. Why not read the same book or watch the same film as a friend and then discuss it together? That way you can correct each others mistakes in a relaxed environment. Finally, write down what it is that you want to say in bullet points - not the whole speech. That way, when you read it out you'll have prompt to guide you rather than reading the whole thing from your paper. Don't forget that everyone is nervous to publicly address people, it's never easy - just be proud of what you've achieved so far and remember you are doing your best to improve. Keep going and good luck!
