I teach meditation and mindfulness on UrbanPro, helping students develop greater focus, calmness, emotional balance, and mental clarity through practical meditation techniques. I have been teaching meditation for the past 6 years, and my goal is to make meditation simple, approachable, and useful for people from different backgrounds and experience levels.

I am a Civil Engineer by qualification and a Meditation and Mindfulness Coach by profession. I have completed a Diploma in Meditation from the Indian Skill Institute and have also undergone vocational training related to my teaching subject. Along with my meditation training, I have developed knowledge in areas such as Mindfulness Meditation, Counseling Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sports Psychology, and performance enhancement.

My teaching approach combines practical meditation techniques with insights from psychology. I believe meditation becomes truly effective when students understand not only how to practise it but also how it can be incorporated into their everyday lives. I use guided practices, reflective exercises, discussions, and personalised guidance to help learners understand their thoughts, emotions, habits, and responses more clearly.

I teach a wide range of meditation practices based on the learner's requirements and experience level. These include Mindfulness Meditation, Breath Awareness, Body Scan Meditation, Loving-Kindness (Metta), Compassion Meditation, Relaxation Meditation, Guided Visualisation, Mental Rehearsal, Gratitude Meditation, Concentration Meditation, and Mindful Living practices. I also work with students on emotional healing, inner-child healing, stress management, and developing greater self-awareness.

Each session follows a structured and learner-focused approach. I begin by understanding the student's goals, challenges, and current level of experience before selecting suitable practices. My classes include guided meditation, practical exercises, reflection, and meaningful interaction so that students can actively experience the benefits instead of simply learning about meditation theoretically.

Through my sessions, I aim to help students improve concentration, manage stress, regulate emotions, develop emotional resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace. I have also guided professionals, educators, students, and organisations through workshops, online programmes, and one-to-one coaching. I believe that consistent and mindful practice can create positive changes that extend well beyond the meditation session.

My objective is to make every class practical, experiential, and relevant to the learner's daily life. Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have some experience and want to deepen your practice, I provide personalised guidance and a step-by-step learning experience. I look forward to helping learners build a sustainable meditation practice and develop greater clarity, calmness, focus, and overall well-being.
