It is my pleasure to introduce to people various ways to stay healthy and fit without resorting to artificial/ modern ways of living. A trainer in Yoga Therapy and a guide in nutrition/dietary regulations, I believe that traditional dietary habits and ways of living is the enriching and the healthiest form of living without moving out of our comfort zones.
I have studied the human mind in depth at the University of Pune in Psychology as part of my bachelors got me periodically interested to know more of the science behind the human mind. This drew me to do a post-graduate diploma in Kaivalyadhamma in Yoga Therapy. Five years of seeking knowledge has been an exposure challenging in itself. For the next two years, I continued to practice as an effective Yoga trainer for weight loss issues and curing stress issues through meditation. After which I continued as part-time yoga trainer at Yoga Shailee, Kaivalya (Kolhapur). I’ve conducted several yoga camps at schools and for institutions striving to gather curatives for diabetes, asthma, etc.
