"Tushar is a great teacher, very passionate and professional. The training offered takes into consideration the health criteria of a person and thus, very effective in the long run. He also provides proper explaination for all the exercises and is willing to modify the exercises depending on a person capacity. It is a great learning experience. Would definitely recommend Tushar Sir for kickboxing lessons. "

Yoga is an exercise to develop your flexibility strength focus on body balance. It is only one physical activity which can be done by all age group and beneficial for everyone. Improve body structure posture, body composition.

MHR maximum Heart rate is 220- your resting heart rate = functional heart rate. 60 to 80 per cent of functional Heart rate is your target Heart rate. E.g. your age is 30 220-30=190 So your target Heart rate is 60 to 80 or 85 per cent of 190. It could be 115 to 160 heartbeat per minute. ...more
