To improve Taekwondo sparring, focus on maintaining an active, balanced stance with fluid footwork and peripheral vision. Practice combination kicks and feints to keep opponents guessing, and vary your attacks to avoid being predictable. Crucially, don't forget defense; develop your peripheral vision to see openings, learn to counter-attack effectively, and defend yourself by staying on the balls of your feet.
Practice fast, explosive movements such as quick kicks, punches, and footwork exercises.
