In my yoga class i take omkar chanting, asanas, Pranayama, warmups. I see to it that every student should do the asanas properly with precise alignment, mindfully and with comfort. I also see the requirements of students who have physical pain or any discomfort, hormonal disorders, or any mental disorders accordingly, i give the variations and work on it so that the student gets the maximum benefits, get relief from the pain, he should feel relax and stress free. He should be happy and satisfied after the class.

Ask a Question
First of all , Yoga is a holistic practice which works Physically and mentally. So one should not make a haste or time limit it as it works on mind ,it needs some patience and mindfulness to perform. Making haste is not going to get the benefits 100 %.It also depends on the person's willingness, if he can manage to do basic asanas and pranayamas in 30mins also. For a new learner student or old student 45 mins to 1 hr is a required time one should practice Yoga.
