Fitness is my passion and have always been in sports from my childhood . From past 4 years, I have been training and guiding various people - Some were fitness freak like Ironman, some just wanted to have regular fitness lifestyle or some were more on weight loss. Everybody has their own fitness targets, so blanket module doesn't works for great result.
I design module as per individuals lifestyle, requirement ,history, diet, target, etc which helps to give them great transformation and most importantly I make sure they enjoy this transformation.

I have been teaching yoga for over 03 years and am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels. I began my Yoga practice 4 years back and went to Kaivalya Dham Yoga Institute , Lonavala (QCI Certified- Ministry of Ayush , Government of India ). Since completing my Yoga Training , I have taught at many colleges , gyms and hotels  in Pune, Mumbai. I have also taught in MH and MP states over the years.   My classes are dynamic, energetic, compassionate, humorous and fun! I love teaching all type of Yog
