Please don't try online, bcoz lots of online videos are not with the proper technique and when U practicing the same what way U doing is right or wrong way, and no one is observe U doing correct or wrong.

In traditional yoga the final posture is pleasurable () and in power yoga the final posture is overstretch and painfule.

the way of your practice is important, streching, asan, pranayama etc. if U overstretch U will feel tired. it is not common, U have to feel fresh feeling, and try pranayam at last.

Traditional Yoga asanas will reduce fats but its depends upon the practitioner needs to practice daily and it will take min 6 to 8 months to burn fats, and M not suggesting power yoga Bcoz of pain and the result is not for permanent.
