If you're a beginner and looking to reduce stress, then 10 minutes should be enough.

More then 7 years of experience to heal bad mental and physical health though yoga and meditation.

If it is meeting you desired end result of perf the meditation then ofcourse it is sufficient . But one should takebout atleast 20 min to perform the qhole circle of meditation.
