By profession I am a Central Govt. Registered Yoga Therapist . Work on weight loss, Arthritis, Meditation, Stress therapy, Body Detoxification, Constipation, deal with insomniac problem, Child behavioral problem, Hyper tension, etc.... Attach with yoga sector since 1999, almost 20 years. In the year of 2018 on 21st June I had received award as "Yoga Guru 2018" , from Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports (Govt. Of India). Same year also achieved ' Grand Master of Yoga" all India Rank - 62.
I Love Yoga for two reason , one is I love the peace I get and another is I love the power to work on myself and change my reaction to something.
By passion I am a Social Worker. Founder of Central Govt. (IISF2018) Award winning well known Social Welfare Organisation. Received so many National/ International Award and Recognition.

Give them live example , watch motivational vedio . Start slowly, take only 20mints , 5mits few workout according to his/her health condition. 10mints Few asana , 5 mints pranayam, etc. once he/she interested then do it for one hour daily basis.
