Yes it will. Since the concepts are made stronger it helps. But the student should also have the time management skill to prepare the answers to answer the way CBSE expects

JEE coaching will definitely fulfill the class 12 requirement by addressing the nuances associated with every topic. The only thing to be borne in mind is that while analysing minute details for a particular topic , remaining topics pertaining to the NCERT curriculum aren't taken for granted.
