Nothing is compulsory. But if you feel the need then yes you should go for it. Since English forms the basis for other exams ( apart form English) also, it makes sense to have good command over the langauage. Ifyou think that you expression is not at the deisred level or you find your self unable to convey the answer to the question ( in any subject) evenn though you know the answer, then I feel that you should go for the coaching in English. read less

If you are reasonably good in basic understanding of English,i don't think there would be a necessity to join coaching for it in class 12 CBSE pattern.
