Yeah, You can start IIT coaching in class 12th, but better to start from starting of class 11th only because concept building to clear IIT is the most important thing.

You can start but you have to gain a very good percentage in the 1st year. It should be more than 95% with clear of basics and concepts. Then there is a possibility to clear the exam. This is the strategy that 1st year you need to clear all your basics and concepts before completing the summer holidays. 2nd year more concentration on IIT and less concentration on Board exam. This does not mean that you completely not concentrating. You should manage the parallelly. I can give a schedule to complete 1st and 2nd-year syllabus without feeling pressure.
