Google for Cambridge University Press. There you'll find the books required for your IELTS preparation. Another alternative is to search for used IELTS books on OLX.

Which section is easy to crack for IELTS?
Most students feel listening section is most scoreable .but reading, writing,speaking are also easy when you know the way to attempt them and practice is the key .

I am having problem with the listening section in IELTS. My specific problem is with last part of listening section where the pace of information is high and you have to understand it all to answer questions 31 -40 .
You can definitely focus on the keywords or connecting words in the question and try focussing on the words being spoken during the listening test. This will enhance the probability of you spotting the right answer against the noted keywords.
