Learning is a gradual process it does not happen overnight.

Read and write. You can practice speaking sessions with your colleagues/friends. Countless videos are available on YouTube. Listen to radio channels to get familiar with the accent. It is doable in 20 days.

Try to develop daily reading habit of International news paper,magazines,journal etc note new vocabulary and context of it. make two sentence using new word dailyu basis... skim and skip paragraph of reading for time management.
