Shall is used to refer to the simple future. Shall is used in the First Person to express pure future.Shall is often used in questions in the first person singular and plural when making suggestions, making an offer or asking for advice

Yes, still the word SHALL is used but now these days it's not in much use. It relates to the future tense and used in legal documents, business communication, agreements and legal arguments. Most of the people use the word WILL with every subject but few people use the SHALL still.
